We are aware of this issue and it has been reported to the devs already.
It will be fixed when they found the issue.

You may join the Official PRO Discord to stay up to date on the latest maintenances and fixes on any involved server issues.

We currently cannot guarantee whether the rewards can be gained after the fix or the used items being refunded. Please be patient on this.
