Today 8/9 I wanted to claim my WQ reward because previously I have not been able to play and as seen in the screens, I do not receive anything.
There was a time limit to claim the reward?

I think this issue has already been discussed by mods. Hopefully they will fix soon.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
There was a time limit to claim the rewards but due to the bug which happened, the rewards will be delayed as well.
You'll get your rewards as soon as the issue is solved.

You may check the official PRO discord server to get further updates.
