its a known bug devs are working on it, you can ignore the msg and continue your story

Hi there @LimBingJie. Apologies for the delay and the inconvenience! 

 

As mentioned by Gurjant the issue has already been forwarded to our developers and we are awaiting for a fix on their part. The issue shouldn't normally cause any other problem considering that it's just a message shown at the end of a script.

 

Can you tell me if the issue is still persisting for you and describe your steps if it does ? I was able to enter the berry tower challenge without any issue.

Sorry for the delay, are you sure that all your pokemons in your party are level 50 and above ? 

my poke are all 90 above the snivy  in the picture

i did not evolve it for easy level up purpose
