Hey I was doing boss battle with George..  I had won last 2 matches if I had won this match too I would have gotten furfou . However the connection lost it was his second last poke hondoum and at that moment my connection lost .. it wasnt my net.. I cant do it once more I had waited 12 days for this and when I was battling my connection lost

Please reset my cooldown!!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it as the issue was from your side.

The server you are playing on has not been down for 10 days.
Furthermore, it would be unfair towards other users if we reset the cooldown for you, and not theirs that were denied in the past.

We are sorry for your case, however, further actions can not be taken.
