I disconnected during suspicious bot battle. I think it is caused by server issue because my friends was disconnected too. I want to get back my wins.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it as the issue was from your side.

The server you are playing on has not been down for 6 days.
Furthermore, it would be unfair towards other users if we add the wins back for you, and not theirs that were denied in the past.

We are sorry for your case, however, further actions can not be taken.
