Yes, if you have successfully sold a Pokemon/Item from a forum auction, you must announce the winner of the auction on the forum and show the completed trade window when the trade is made.

 

To do this, you must upload a screenshot to show of their bid/insta (if it was received in-game, no need if the winner made the bid on forums) and upload a screenshot showing that the Pokemon has been traded. Here's an example of someone who ended their auction correctly:
