need your help!

about the problem of getting out of the game. Lately I often get out of the game for no reason and usually during boss fights makes me quite annoyed.

Next, the problem of not logging in to the game.

as you know. this is a game for hard workers, not "pay to win" like many other games. not being able to enter gme makes me feel extremely uncomfortable like i am going slower so is someone else.
so i hope you will read my post, give me feedback and show me how to fix it.
