error when wanting to access safari area

I have been presenting this error that it prevents me from entering the safari zone whenever I want to buy the pass from him he tells me that it is free and if I accept, the game is sent, I exit and enter and appear very far on the map

I am also facing issue while trying to enter kento safari zone and its asking me to pay even i am having active membership. Game saying there is no active pass.  Can someone help me to this .
