Caperucita Posted September 12, 2021 Share Posted September 12, 2021 I think it is bugged cause I had raise its level to 99, gave him berrys for redistribute the iv (or ev?), figth with him to grow iv, walk everywere with him and he have soothe bell with him too and his happiness is at the same place, don´t grow up. Please follow the procedure to evolve the Pokemon: 1. Faint the Pokemon 2. Restart the client 3. Heal the Pokemon 4.
