Password Reset Problem / Pre-Merge Bug?

Greetings Trainers,

 

I have returned after a very long hiatus, I'm trying to access my account(s) but I'm having issues, I believe there is a bug in the password reset process.

 

I've sent a support ticket and PMd a few staff on the Discord channel to no avail. Does anyone know of a workaround? I'm aware I need to merge as I previously played on Red, Blue and Yellow, however I can't access the dashboard to do so.

 

I have confirmed two separate emails linked to my accounts but they have the same username, I presume it's just one account with different server data! Which is probably the cause of the bug.

Hi there @Kalzioh apologies for the inconvenience and the delay. 

 

Having different server data shouldn't cause any issue with the reset password function, neither should it interfere with the merge. Can you tell me the name of the accounts you are looking for ? 

 

As a side note it's easier to do a post on forum in order to receive answers to issues like these. Neither staff or discord moderators offer private support and only staff members have the tools to verify merge, email or similar issues.

pilly1000, I believe I was on the blue server previously...

 

I was told I may need to change my registered email address too.

This account does not have any hours on the blue/red servers. Could it possibly be another account ?

Perhaps it was on the yellow server? I had a lot of hours racked up. Can you check the username Kalzion too?

(I found an email with this name)

So, I found it and guessed the password correctly! I was on the gold server! Thanks for all the help, I'll give up trying to recover the other account as I have my main now.
