I think it'd be a good idea for a option, maybe more of an adjustments tab on one of the corners so the window could be magnified.

I think re-sizing it would be awesome, but something that isn't necessarily needed right now.

This would take time developing the system/art for it. Why do this when they could be working on something that would help EVERYONE rather than a select few?

It's only pointless to you because you're not really infatuated w/ the suggestion. Of course it isn't necessary, but small tweaks like this would make gameplay "better" for certain people.
