Norex Posted October 23, 2021 Share Posted October 23, 2021 Hey, unfortunately there is an issue with the email-service currently and therefore with resetting passwords as well. They are aware of that issue but for now there is no ETA for a fix regarding that issue either. The only thing you can do is to wait until that issue has been dealt with.
