Pokemon is supposed to evolve at night with level up and razor fang.
It didnt evolve and now its level 100 ^-^'

Battling wild pokemon without level up didnt work.

Hi there @Celestic. Apologies for the delay and the inconvenience. 

 

Could you perhaps try to faint your gligar and then use a mysterious candy on it while it is night time ? You can find those in all four department stores, for either 5000 pokedollars, 2 PvE coins or 1 PvP coin. 

 

Let me know if that worked.
