I recently defeated Nikola boss for respawning Suicune but when I go back to Guardian(Suicune) instead of respawning he is battling with me and after battling also he is not respawning my suicune can anybody help me with that 

Hi there @Niteshkuwal9. Apologies for the delay. 

 

When using Nikola with one of the legendary dog you must still complete the requirements that were needed when spawning them in the first place. This means that you must beat the Suicune Guardian up to 3 times in order to get Suicune (You have a chance to spawn it after every win, but the 3rd one is guaranteed.)
