I want to switch to silver to complete a trade, and in order to do that I have to merge. The problem is that I dont know what server used to be my primary server, and dashboard does not tell me:

 

 

Is there any way you can tell me what server I have the most hours played?

Well From My opinion I think u should reload ur web browser cuz in the dashboard there are no such server name as "red and Blue"

It's former server before merge.

I've taken a look into your case and you had no history on playing on red or the blue server whatsoever. Both servers are fresh characters without any progress. You can choose any character (Red or Blue) to merge and then transfer, both will lead you to the same and desired outcome.

I believe Red server does not exist anymore.

The issue now is that I cannot login on silver. It keeps telling me "Invalid user name or password".

Note that this is not the case; when I try to login on gold it let's me. Although it starts a fresh account (which indicates that the transfer was succesful).

 

Please let me know what I can do.

After merging you need to reset your password either through the dashboard or by using the reset function on the website. You can keep the same password you have currently.
