darkrai quest no pokemon in party

i dont have any pokemon in my party how i am supposed to proceed forward in the quest ? 

i quit dark realm by mistake and went in later found out i dont have any party

This is part of the quest if you still haven't captured Darkrai yet and or picked your party.

When you're in the Dark Realm you'll have a limited set of items available, as well as no Pokemon in your party to start with.

While you roam the Dark Realm you'll need to recruit your party by interacting with Pokemon, first one being the Munna when you enter the Dark Realm.

Hi, @Testarossaa

There is a boss named Horon located at the Dark Valley. (Top of Necropolis)
Defeating this boss will reset your Dark Realm in case you have something forgotten there.

Note that you must defeat him without having any of your pokemons faint.
If it's your first time defeating Horon, you'll only receive a Halloween Rapidash Mount, so you'll have to defeat the boss one more time in order to re-enter the Dark Realm. (Cooldown of the boss is 3 days)
