What if i lost lance in dragon den 1st time...what could happen..? I am available for rebattle or not. Please answer.

If you battled him for the first time in Dragons Den B1F and you lost the battle, you can still rechallenge Lance as long as you have no pokemon under level 100 in your party.

 

Here is a quote from the wiki about Lance:

Quote

[...] Lance will battle the player on the condition that he or she has no Pokémon under level 100, meaning that it is possible to challenge him with a team of only 5 level 100 Pokémons and an empty slot. Once defeated, he will no longer be rechallengeable and the Cerulean Cave will be unlocked.
