I played the game in 2016 and even up to the point where the servers were changed to gold and silver, but now I cant Log into the game. My account data works fine on the site itself, but I cant log into my Silver account. I have reset my password and reinstalled the game as that seems to help others, but it didn't help. When I try it just tells me that my Name or Password are wrong, which they cant be cause they work on this site. Any Idea, why I can log into the Site and not the Server?

Hey @Linendo, could it be that you use any special characters on your password like !"§$%&/()=?*'_:;,.-é etc.? Please dont share any details about your password.

If you used any special characters make sure to reset your password once again but this time make sure to only use letters and numbers.

It doesn't contain any special characters. I just changed it today, cause I forgot my old one.

Could my account somehow been disabled while I was gone for so long? While the Website does let me log in, it tells me I have 0 hours of play time. I just dont get why the login ingame wont work.

Can you check if you have the option to merge on the dashboard? https://dashboard.pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard

If you have that option, please make sure to merge your account and if you still cannot login to your silver account after that, reset your password once again.

That should fix your issue.

Yes that worked, I just realized my mistake. I had 2 accounts and I already merged the one I knew of. I just forgot about the second one with this name. So thats why I was confused, I'm sorry!
