You can create a survey with just 1 question and post on discord/forums and you would obtain a various amount of pokemon nominations and you can pick one at any time so you atleast can keep it random or as a surprise. We do plan to randomize the time again as well (but still limited to once a month). That's why I have to deny your suggestion.
