If you are doing a cross server sale the thread creator is the one to transfer unless you and the winner of the auction have a specific agreement after the auction finishes. Secondly you must post all proof of bids to the forum itself. Repeating these infractions can lead to harsher punishment if repeated. This only ended in a warning this time as no damage was done.
