Add respawn system to all legendary Pokemons

Major points:
- Add respawn to legendaries that are currently rechallengable by beating Nikola
- Switch Nikola into casual boss with some unusual rewards

Since respawn system actually works well on newly implemented legendary pokemons, I suggest to add it to every obtainable legend in the game. Ofc, respawned legend will have the same stats and ability as the one who fainted. It would be good safeguard from potential server crash, disconnect or accidental kill.
For second case, I suggest to switch Nikola into casual boss because (obviously) after respawn addition, it would lose it's current utility. Not really sure, what kind of rewards it would drop, there must've been bigger brainstorm in this topic.
