Epithet Posted March 14, 2022 Share Posted March 14, 2022 Hello @Demersejas1433. In order to access Cerulean Cave, you'll first have to defeat Lance boss in Dragons Den B1F. Lance uses all Dragon-type Pokémon, so it is advised to use Dragon, Fairy, and/or Ice type Pokémon and moves to counter him. After defeating Lance, you should gain access to Cerulean Cave.
