is legendaries Pokemon  re-catchable  or not ?

 

Once u catch a legendary like Kyruem, Regi or something else, it is not. However, if you failed to catch a legendary, u can try it again. pd: bad english xd

If you fail to capture a Legendary/Mythical the first time you encounter them, either by fainting it or by the game crashing. You may re-catch it from Nikola boss.

Some respawn at their respective area (i.e Kaldeo) while the majority of them is only re-catchable from beating Nikola boss (a one-time scenario).

If you also by accident did release them in your PC, you can ONCE get them back from beating Nikola boss, staff cannot restore it once released.
