good I want to report a problem and it is that I can not finish the mission of going to sinnoh because hana is not disappeared I would like to know what I can do to be able to go to sinnoh if hana is not

The quest involving Hannah for Sinnoh access is no longer available, so that is why you cannot find her. In its place, there is a new quest which you can find here.
