Could you try lowering your Riolu’s happiness by having it faint against a wild Pokémon, then maxing out the happiness once more and seeing if that triggers the evolution? If not, please let me know. Helar Posted April 21, 2022 Author Share Posted April 21, 2022 (edited) well i tried it becasue i had the same issue when it was 60 lvl. i trade it to my alt acc and gave it back to my main , it went 140 happiness and i made it full right now on lvl 95. i gave it 3 lvls till 98 ( 10 am ) and nothing happened. @Epithet Edited April 21, 2022 by Helar Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
