My Toucannon with 156 speed was somehow slower than a dusknoir with 129 speed.heres the proof:

Is it possible that you used the move Beak Blast with the Toucannon ? This move as a negative priority which would explain why you were slower. If not it would be pretty hard to know the reason as to why you moved slower without seeing the complete battle log. Could have been tailwind for example, but we cannot know for sure as we are missing the early rounds. If possible try to screenshot the entire battle log in these cases, so we can determine whether it's a bug or not and how to reproduce it.

Ok thnx for the help. I used beak blast move and i didn't knew it had negetive priority. Sorry for the trouble and thnx again.
