Oops good night there is a bug with banana encounter in tropius all tropius is not coming without banana

Hello @Satorugj. My apologies for the late response.

 

There is no bug, the chances of a Tropius holding a Banana is just not very high.

I suggest using a Pokémon with the ability Frisk so you can easily tell when a Pokémon is holding an item.
