They won't allow me to enter and I have found the bug. What you're encountering does indeed sound like a bug and I have forwarded the issue to the appropriate party. Out of curiosity to help find what might cause this, did you do anything in particular in the last 8 hours of playtime with this account ? Like started any quest or activity, spoke to any particular npc, etc. Your hours in hoenn should be displayed correctly now and you should be able to proceed with the quest.
