Can a mod please devolve my Gorebyss to Clamperl so that I can train to level 50 and get the move Shell Smash. Therefore, we cannot comply with your request. However, you are still able to learn moves of the previous evolved form through the use of the Pre-Evo Tutor, located inside every daycare center. Remember that to unlock the daycare centers, you’ll need to defeat Naero boss inside Cerulean Cave in any difficulty. Hopefully this helps you out.
