If your items were taken by Seedot with the Pickpocket ability, then it is not a bug, but rather, the intended way the ability functions. Therefore, we will not restore any items that were stolen by any abilities or moves used by wild Pokémon. Even though those items are permanently lost, there are many ways of obtaining the items you lost.
