It could be that when training in Isolated Forest, Seedot stole the items from your Pokémon. However, without conclusive information we cannot formulate a definite answer.

Any chance I could get them back? 😪 choice band i bought back in like 2017 and was expensive xD  Eviolite(2) are missed greatly too. 

Unfortunately, we cannot restore those items for you. If your items were taken by Seedot with the Pickpocket ability, then it is not a bug, but rather, the intended way the ability functions.

Therefore, we will not restore any items that were stolen by any abilities or moves used by wild Pokémon. 

Even though those items are permanently lost, there are many ways of obtaining the items you lost.
