It's almost 3 hrs no spawning of drifloon. I'm in amity square. It is a bug? please help it's almost spending too much time. I need it drifloon for solaceon quest. Please help

Drifloon will spawn in the lower horizontal grass patches of Amity Square. If you had been trying in the grass patches at the left side of the map, switch.
