Hey all!

Today there is a WQ and a Fishing contest, been running around like a headless tool for the last hour trying to find anything about whats what in game but im giving up now. Maby someone here can tell me how to find out what the world quest is about and how to get to this fishing contest everyone is talking about.

From what ive understood i get there from some resort area but i got 2 maxed accounts and i cant for the life of me remember any resort area other than the summer event isle last year.

Any and all help is appreciated for future references.
