Hello! I did a server transfer and I tried to log into the opposite server and It will not let me log into Gold with old login info. Is there a staff member that could help me out?

The issue you are encountering right now is most likely due to the fact that your password might have not been reset after merging your red/blue characters. Can you try resetting it using the dashboard ? You can keep the same one you have right now and it should fix the gold issue as well.
