at the end of the first strategy, the NPC reports that the stats have been increased but there is no change in the EVs pkm, and there is no move to fight the NPC's PKM, impossible

I was unable to access the Mega quest !
After finishing stage 1 to stage 2, Mudkip has no move to hit Spiritomb.
and after stage 1, the PKM will be added EVs and the NPC notices that EVs have been added but still not added!
