Hello!

I have requested a name change about 5 or 6 days ago and it said it could take up to 48 hours for the name change to be approved. Since it has been longer than that, I am just curious as to when I should expect the name change to be processed. 🙂 Thanks!

Apologies for the inconvenience. Our Game Masters perform name changes whenever it is possible as their workload is really high most of the time. Your name should be changed now. Could you check if it is fine on your side?

Your username was not changed due to "XXX" being most of the time (almost always except rare times) associated to pornography, which is not something we want to be discussed in any way or form in our game.

I hope you can understand that and invite you to select a new, and appropriate, name if you would still like to change it.
