I cant teach my shiny victini those tutor moves. With my normal Victini it works.

Your Victini cannot learn Celebrate because Celebrate and Bolt Strike is an illegal move combination. To be able to learn Celebrate, you’ll need to forget Bolt Strike.

Can you share a picture of your Victini trying to learn Celebrate while it knows V-Create, but not Bolt Strike?

Nah, all good now. A friend trolled me it seems. It can learn v create
