I tried to evolve it and it wasn't, now it's level 100 and I can't even use the mysterious candy because even it won't. I left the happy all to the maximum and I've even tried to reset the happy to try

Hello @Zigor. My apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Please try lowering the happiness of your Riolu by having it faint against a wild Pokémon. Afterwards, reach maximum happiness again and make sure it is daytime when you do so. For reference, max happiness is 255 and daytime is between 10:00-19:59 Poketime.

 

If it still does not work, please let me know.
