I apologize if this is not posted in the correct thread. In the games Phantump has always been a trade evo pkm but it is not listed in the trade pkm guide and when I had a friend trade a Phatump to me it did not trigger an evolve screen. I asked several times in game but did not receive a helpful answer. Also I could not find this information anywhere else in the forums.

Phantump is indeed a trade evolution. It may not have worked when you tried due to having a full party. Try it again and make sure to have at least one party slot available.

It looked like that did the trick, trading with a slot open. What an obscure requirement. But thank you, my issue is resolved.
