I was fighting Mariabella boss who leads with Slyveon, Sylveons hyper voice attack ignored my active substitute and OHKO'd me. Sound-based moves, with the exception of Howl, are able to bypass Substitute. Hyper Voice is one of the sound-based moves. Game Rules | Resolution Center | PRO Wiki Do not privately contact Staff.
