Cant go through ghoul swamp

I found all blue pokeballs (I also saw a vid where they are) and they say I have found one out of the three spirits and I can't do anything

Hey, its not a bug. You simply are missing some locations because following a guide blindly is not always ideal for quests as there can be randomized parts for each player or changes after some time.

Make sure to double-check all locations shown below, look very closely as the blue pokeballs can be hidden under trees as well.
