I fight with mewtwo in Second Time For Catch Data. But i lost Now He Is Not Battling With me 

What Should I Do now?  When I Go For Fight Him It Says Mewtwo! only

It has a cooldown. How long? I dont know. Shouldnt be more than a few days max.

The cooldown for that Lugia is between 1 and 4 days, entirely random and you have to beat it to get the caught data.
