Hello @Williwu,

 

Can you please try deleting all PRO files, extracting the .zip file once again, and then run the client as administrator?  If it still doesn't work, repeat the same procedure after re-downloading the latest version of the client from here. Hopefully, this will help you to resolve your issue.

 

Please inform us about the situation after doing the above-mentioned steps. We will be waiting for your reply.

It seems that your issue with patcher is now solved and now this is more or less your network connection problem. There are several reasons why you might be experiencing this problem. Can you try logging in again after doing these steps? 

  • Close your client completely and start it again. 
  • Restart your router.
  • Change your network/Wi-Fi. 
  • Use a VPN.
  • Use costume IP. Open the console by pressing F2 in the login screen and type "connect 45.9.150.75 800" for the silver server or "connect 45.9.150.75 801" for the gold server
