I havent got any reply from staff for my topic that i made and its over 1month i didn't get any reply...i would like to ask once more to help me pls

I understand your frustration over not receiving a reply, but please try to understand that we do the most we can to the best of our abilities. The Staff team is small in comparison to the whole playerbase, and so our work stockpiles easily. In particular, the Staff member handling your thread is incredibly busy every day.

Furthermore, we are all volunteers who do this out of our love for the game. We all have real-world responsibilities too, such as school, work, family, etc.

You will receive a response at our earliest convenience. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
