Not getting reward 😔

Hello sir, I have to report a bug, about game, as everyone know winter event is ongoing there is winter dungeon quest and after completing that in polar city,  secret house we need 1500 point or plus, me and my guild members we complete it in remaining time and achieve 1500+ point, and I get 1500+ point to, but when I go and check on that NPC who give iv lock reward he says you have 0 point, please sir i request you fix it

Could you please provide a screenshot of the dialog you receive when speaking to the NPC that gives the Reroll?

Furthermore, a screenshot of your score would also help.
