I had already forwarded your case to the concerned staff team, and they have found no issues with your account. Latios is indeed hidden in one of those ten location. 

 

Can you give it another shot and check every place more thoroughly?

@Lloyd2103 Just to be sure, are you checking for Latios in Viridian Maze or in Petalburg Maze? 

Because Petalburg Maze is one of those ten location where Latios can be found and not Viridian Maze. So if you are checking in Viridian Maze, that explains why you still can't find it. 

 

Maybe you havent kill latias yet? Or maybe you alredy killed latios and forget

 

Btw tv should say blue pokemom roaming or smthing for latios to spawn on thos locatiom

 

maybe check does jirachie alredy spawn on moon yet if you sure have killed latias
