Hey, i did the quest to get to sinnoh already and finished it to 100% and waited before going. Now after around 1year its gone and i can not reapeat the mission again. Can someone help me pls?

Could you try going to the step before this one and see if you perhaps missed something? That step would be finding the three Hoenn starter Pokémon in Route 101, Route 102, and Route 103, then speaking with Professor Birch in Route 103.
