Hello, my riolu is level 100 and it doesn't evolve, i've tried to use a mysterious candy and the happiness reduction method and they both don't work, am I doing something wrong here ?

Done it as well, doesn't pop the evolution box, unless i'm thinking of daytime incorrectly but it should be from 10 am to 20 pm

Somehow it worked now after i tried the same stuff again, sorry to bother

For future reference, happiness evolutions will trigger when the Pokémon reaches the 255 value. So, to trigger the evolution again, you must lower the happiness and have it reach 255 again. Hope that clears things up.
