Heal Fountain And Vaporeon NPC shop (Lavender Dungeon)

I have a probleme , idk if is just for me but .... that very hard without these ^^
Please help me
That my second dungeon without fountain and vaporeon , i already relog many time

No problem , im not alone here ,  staff team have so many question to answering , that normal  
 I think i know the reason for this " bug " , when we join the dungeon at the same time , the fountain and vaporeon bug for all the day ( just for one people or all group if we are more than 4 ( no bug when we are 3 or alone ).
