I have a Cloud Nine pokemon, i talked to Melody in Shamouti Guild hall, but when i surf in shamouti seaway the weather doesnt change

Could you provide screenshots of the dialog you receive when surfing in Shamouti Seaway and the dialog Melody gives you?

This is the problem it doesnt show up this text when i enter  

and i dont know why

Sorry for the delay.

 

The image you're showing isn't the spot where Cloud Nine is needed. Seems to me you've already done that, which not makes Cloud Nine unnecessary. 

Can you try going through there with a team full of Fire-type Pokémon?
